In class you’ll experience mostly seated asana in the form we call Kriya, meaning complete action. The sequence of postures will always have a specific purpose and will be done in an order that builds to provide tangible results, even for first time students. All Kriyas are vastly different, but share a focus on heavy breath and activating the meridian points with mantra and mudras. If you’re looking to unload stress and the subconscious chatter, activate your intuition, and stimulate the full body-mind system, Kundalini Yoga is your ticket to an immediate experience of the expanded Self.
